US shipping starts at $5.95. International shipping starts at $8.95. 

Estimated delivery:
USA: 4–12 business days in most cases, occasionally 10–20.
Rest of world: 15–30 business days in most cases, occasionally 30–40.
Free promotional products: up to 30 business days.

Most orders are dispatched within 2–5 days after payment. Tracking information may take up to five days to appear. Items in the same order may ship separately.
Delivery delays can occur because of holidays, weather, customs, or carrier issues.

Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, and providing a correct shipping address.

The policy disclaims responsibility for stolen, lost, or unclaimed packages. Customers should contact support about missing items. Orders that have not arrived after 45 business days may qualify for a full refund, excluding address errors or missed deliveries.
